The bull market now is very different to what it was in 2017 - this year’s surge is not as encouraging. Although some coins are reaching new highs every day, many others remain static. This is especially the case with past blue chips such as XRP, LTC, BCH, which are all a long way from previous highs. This shows that past blue chips have been abandoned by funds and that there is significant polarisation in the market.
At the end of 2021, DeFi projects will occupy half of the top 20 in the market. This is because most of the top 20 in the past have not actually landed. Today DeFi tokens have real application value, a certain landing foundation, and have been set up with a good economic model.
